City of Regina Announces The Use of Ted Jaleta’s Name For Future City Street Use

From the City of Regina:

Dear Mr. Jaleta,

I am from the City of Regina and am pleased to inform you that, at the last meeting of the Civic Naming Committee held on February 14, 2017, “Jaleta”, in honour of yourself, was approved for use as a street name in Regina. This means that, once it has been approved by the committee, it is added to the “Master List of Street and Park Names” and can then be chosen by a developer for use on a future street. If a developer desires to use it for a park name, then a community consultation process is performed, followed by ultimate approval by city council.
